Bun in the oven - August 2012

Sari's baby shower. Had a great time visiting with her and celebrating her upcomming little arrival! The theme was football baby shower. (since Kyle is a HUGE football fan). We did sandwiches and chocolate covered strawberries/bannanas with drizzled top to give the look of a football.

Cake made by me. Baby popping out of a gift box. The lid is made of rice crispies. The baby is holding a little football.

Happy Birthday MOM - August 2012

August 1, 2012. For my moms birthday we went to Helen Hunt Falls with the girls and my parents. It was really fun and great scenery. then we went home and had a dinner with dessert.

National Cow Day - July 13, 2012

Today is national cow day and if you dress up as a cow you get a free chick fil a meal! So we all dressed up and went to chick fil- a with a few friends. Then we hit the glow mini golf. It was a fun day! Hanging out with these girls is so fun!

FUN IN THE SUN - July 2012

Went to Lake isabella with The Fish and my parents. It was great fun! We had a picnic, hikes around the lake and canoe boats.

the lake was really cold! After paddling for a while and into the middle of the lake, some (including me) were brave enough to jump in. I was mostly amazed that Carlie was the only kid of all her cousins who jumped into the freezing water and swam all the way back with me, her dad and grandma. She is and has always been a little polar bear :)
